Your privacy matters. This policy explains what data I collect, how I use it, and your choices.

Information I Collect

  • Signup details: Your first name, last name, email address, selected technology interests, and the resource you requested when you use a resource signup form.
  • Usage data: Cookieless page view and interaction metrics through Vercel Web Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics. These include actions such as contact link clicks, resource signups, article navigation, recommendation views, project links, and code sample copies.
  • Performance data: Anonymous Web Vitals and related technical details, such as route, browser, device type, operating system, and network speed, through Vercel Speed Insights.

How I Use Your Data

  • To send the resource you requested.
  • To send occasional relevant updates. There is no recurring newsletter schedule, and you can unsubscribe from any email.
  • To refine site performance and content relevance.

Email provider

Resource signups are managed by MailCheap. Your signup details and interest tags are stored there so I can deliver the requested material and, where relevant, send occasional updates. MailCheap processes this information to provide its email service.

Cookies & Analytics

I do not use tracking cookies. Analytics record page views, selected interactions with non identifying context, and anonymous performance measurements. Signup form values, including names and email addresses, are not sent to analytics.

Third‑Party Links

External links (GitHub, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) follow their own privacy practices—please review them before using.

Data Retention

Signup details are retained in MailCheap until you unsubscribe or request deletion. You may ask me to remove them at any time.

Your Rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing social@nunosubtil.com.

Security

I apply industry‑standard safeguards to protect your data, but no online system is perfect. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal details via email.
